Referendum election law ..
Question 1 - green form:
Prix Majority most voted list - Room
2nd question - white form:
Prix majority in the most voted list - Senate
With the first two referendum questions, the prize is awarded only at the majority of single list (not more then the coalition lists) that obtained the largest number of seats. The electoral threshold is raised to 4% to 8% in the House and the Senate.
It eliminates the fragmentation: one symbol appears on the card, one name, one list for each organization.
3rd question - red form: Repeal
multiple applications
The possibility of multiple applications is repealed in the House and the Senate. Today, the elected candidate in most constituencies, opting for one of several seats obtained, allowing the first person not elected to take over. In the third term of parliament was chosen to grace received, after the elections, who had been elected.
